QuickStart Guide (MIP)

In order to start using eBay addon you need to configure eBay token to be able to submit the feed to eBay. Please follow few steps to get started:

1. Generate Token in your eBay account

1.1. Using browser open eBay (ebay.com) and open your account settings 

1.2. After that go to Merchant Integration Platform 

1.3. In the Merchant Integration Platform go to Settings -> FTP Setup 

1.4. Add Token Alias and Generate Token. 

IMPORTANT! Save this token for future rerference.

2. Configure eBay Integration Settings

2.1. Open Store Manger - Addons - eBay Integration

2.2. Open eBay Integration Settings 

2.3. Add your account and specify MIP username and MIP Token 

2.4. Add Channel:

• Merchant Integration Platform -> Settings -> FTP Setup

• Merchant Integration Platform -> Settings -> Channel Management. 

If you cannot see any Channels yet, please add one in Store Manager. Store Manager does not reflect your channels automatically.

2.5. Check the connection with eBay OAuth and MIP SFTP :

All is set. Now you can configure your feed and submit it to eBay!

3. Export products to eBay

Step 3.1. Create a new Listing

Create a new Listing and add products to the Listing

Step 3.2. Fill in the required fields

• Categories (Condition)

• Aspect (depending on the selected Category, Aspects may be required or not) 

• Policies

Step 3.3.  Submit the feed

Now you can submit the feed:
Submit Feed -> select what feed type you want to submit (Submit Feed(Auto), Submit Product Combined (Full), Submit Inventory (Price & Stock))

Step 3.4. Preview Feed

 In the Preview Feed, you will see the notification if some of the required fields were not filled (they will be lighted)

Now you can see the status of exported products
